Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

  • Please provide a complete and accurate address (including building number, street, city, and phone number)

  • Delivery is typically door-to-door but may vary depending on shipping limitations or local regulations

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information, the customer must collect the order from the shipping office

  • Failure to collect the order may result in cancellation, with shipping fees charged to the customer

Payment

  • Payments are processed online in Saudi Riyals (SAR)

  • Accepted methods: Visa, MasterCard, and Mada

  • Payment confirmation will appear immediately upon successful transaction

  • We are not responsible for declined payments by your bank

  • Credit card details are encrypted and not stored on our servers

  • Payment data is not shared except when required by law

  • Customers are responsible for using valid and legally owned payment methods

  • In case of unavailable products, refunds will be processed within 20 business days

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:

  • Payment rejection or failure

  • Incorrect delivery or contact information

  • Inability to reach the customer

  • Failure to collect the order within 7 days

Customer Cancellation:

  • You must contact us to request cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment

  • If canceled after shipping, cancellation fees may apply

  • Orders may also be canceled if delivery cannot be completed within 20 business days
